Our principals, Amy Tobin & Larry Lehr, bring 20 year’s experience each in their respective fields; Sales & Marketing and Computer Programming/Internet Technologies.


About Amy


Amy Tobin graduated from Milton Hershey school and later received her MA in English Literature & Art History from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland. After a career in retail sales, Amy became a wholesale Sales Representative for Mohawk Industries and then Fabrica International.

After a record breaking growth of 257% in 3 years at Fabrica, Amy was promoted to VP of Sales managing half of the US and 18 Sales Reps. As VP of Sales Amy’s primary responsibility was to build a partnership with small business owners and help them develop their marketing/sales strategies, usually on a tight budget. Over this career in sales, and through pioneering her own small business to success, Amy learned a tremendous amount about the obstacles a small business faces trying to get their message out there without breaking the bank.

Amy is also President of the Northeastern Pa. Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) as well as VP/President Elect of the Milton Hershey School Alumni Association.

About Larry


After graduating from Milton Hershey School, Larry served in the US Army 4 years as an Airborne Infantry soldier. He received an AA in Applied Computer Technologies from Salem Community College in NJ. Beginning his career as a front end Web Designer Larry has gained progressively more advanced skills in design, database and programming. Larry has been designing and developing websites since the late 1990s, and his experience includes various Internet Startups, PNC Bank and Diamond Technologies.

Proficient in HTML, JAVA, PHP and ASP.NET languages, Larry has distinguished himself with his technical skills but also his leadership; he was promoted to the position of Technical Director at Diamond Technologies leading a team of 12. As a computer consultant and Technical Director for Diamond Technologies Larry was involved in business development and marketing strategies. Larry is also involved in Little League and Youth Soccer in his community.
